Boxing
Sharpen up your hands with a 2x weekly boxing classes. Supplement your kickboxing or just work on your hands with this more drilling and movement focused class

Kickboxing
Dutch-style Muay Thai classes, using Thai weapons (elbows, knees, clinch) in a western context. Emphasis on low-kicking.
"The Art of 8 Limbs"
Grappling
Both Gi and No-Gi classes are a part of this program. Learn how to use your opponents momentum and size against them through a series of locks and submission holds.
